We’re excited to announce a brand-new program coming to Burtonsville Athletic Association this fall—BAA Dugout Ducklings!

Designed for children ages 3–5, Dugout Ducklings is the perfect introduction to softball/baseball in a fun, encouraging, and pressure-free environment. Whether your little one is picking up a ball for the first time or just loves to run and play, this program focuses on building confidence while learning the basics of the game.

Program Details:

• Dates: Sundays, September 13 – October 4
• 4 weekly sessions (30 minutes each)
• BAA Softball Fields
• Ages: 3–5
• This is a parent and child event.

Throughout the program, participants will:

• Have fun through games and movement-based activities
• Learn beginner softball skills like throwing, catching, hitting, and running
• Build confidence, teamwork, and friendships
• Enjoy quality time with a parent or guardian, who is encouraged to participate alongside them

Our goal is simple: create a positive first experience with softball and help grow the next generation of BAA players!
