The Maryland Heat Fastpitch Travel Softball Program is fielding 14U and18U teams. 

Welcome to the home of Burtonsville Athletic Associations travel softball program, the Maryland Heat Fastpitch Organization.

We are Maryland's premiere fastpitch softball organization consisting of teams ranging from 14U-18U. Located in Central Maryland, the Heat has become the fastest growing fastpitch organization in the Region, consisting of some of the areas finest student-athletes.

The Maryland Heat has put together teams geared toward dedicated student athletes dedicated to continue their softball career at a higher level. Emphasis at our organization consists of teamwork, discipline, attitude, fitness, and scholastic achievement while working to perfect their skills individually and as a team.

Our older teams participate in events with a goal of college recruitment (through the building of resumes and increased visibility) to assist these athletes to get to the next level. These players are exposed to college coaches and recruiters through various events and tournaments throughout the season (including "Open" and above levels and showcase tournaments as well as college camps/clinics both nearby and those requiring travel).

Our younger teams are geared toward the dedicated student athlete who is looking to strive for excellence both on and off the field. Learning the game off softball is truly stressed. These teams are geared towards softball training, mentoring and gameplay for the highly motivated, committed player.
