SPRING BASEBALL 

The fall season begins the week of April 22nd and will end June 8. Teams will play two games weekly. Practices will be at the coaches' discretion. Most coaches hold one weekly practice in addition to the scheduled games. Instructional teams will have games on one weeknight and on Saturdays.


DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH AGE LEVEL ARE BELOW:

Instructional League - Co-Ed, Kindergarten and 1st grade
The aim of the Instructional League is to introduce the game of baseball to children and to make it fun for them.  This is a coach pitch league, however, if the batter does not hit after five good pitches, a tee is set up.  There are no strikeouts.  We do not keep score in the instructional league.   


Rookie League Baseball -  2nd & 3rd Grades  
This is a machine pitch league with 60 ft. base path.  Scores and standings are kept. 


Pee Wee League Baseball -  4th & 5th Grades  (6th Graders can choose play at this level)
This is a player pitch league with 60 ft. base path.  Scores and standings are kept. 


Pony League Baseball - 7th & 8th Grades  (6th Graders can choose to play at this level)
Pony is a player pitch league with on a 80 ft. field. Scores and standings are kept. 


Junior League Baseball -  9th & 10th Grades  (8th Grade Optional)
Juniors play on a 90 ft. field.  Our junior league plays in the RBBA (Rockville Baseball Association) and most games are held at Dogwood Park in Rockville.
